Across the two existing referral editors in the software (domestic violence related and young person related) the following personal information can be captured:
A categorised, colour coded risk level form gives an at-a-glance overview of the risk to the referral and to those working to support them.
If the referral is to be accommodated then the software allows users to track references and to track calls related to establishing those references.
The software allows the definition of any number of assessments with any number of sections and questions. The same assessment can also be carried out multiple times in order to build up a history. Each time the client is assessed, the new set of answers is stored against their profile.
A categorised support plan can be put in place, with each support plan entry being assigned to a case worker along with a target date. Completion status and completion dates allow users to identify what categories of support have been supplied and what still needs to be done. Access to the support plan is available directly from the assessment form so that support items can be added without leaving the assessment.
If the client is offered accommodation it is possible to track their tenancies in the software. Planned and actual move in dates, number of nights stayed, move out dates and move-on support can all be tracked. If the accommodation is paid for then any payment schedule and payments received can be tracked and reported against.
A log of all contact history, from telephone calls to conversations to meetings, can all be tracked. The client, case worker, contact type, date and time, duration and notes can all be captured in order to build up a history of all interactions with the client.
